Wedding Reception: BBQ

        I just wanted to tell you that the food was a hit. It went beyond my expectations. So many people came up to us and said "that was the best wedding food I have ever had!" My grandma who lives in Tennessee and has cooked her whole life said that was the best coleslaw she has ever had. That is a huge compliment coming from her.

        I've always said that I could get married at the courthouse but I wanted a party that everyone could enjoy to celebrate our marriage. I got what I wanted. Everyone had such a good time and ate well. Let me just tell you. By the time we got to our table after photos, the rest of the table was working on their second plate of food! Personally and professionally, I really enjoyed working with you. You took so much stress off my mind knowing you were taking care of everything and that you cared for our happiness.

Wedding Reception: BBQ

        I couldn't have been more pleased. My goal for our wedding was to have food that people left saying, "Wow. That was really great food." We didn’t ask them, so it’s not like we were fishing for a compliment. It definitely is not very traditional but we went with BBQ. People thought it was a little odd that I wanted BBQ at a wedding, but boy did they eat their words … and the food. We had people telling us that was the best BBQ we have ever had. We had a lot of our family up from Texas and they know BBQ. When we saw them going back for second and third plates we knew that this catering service had hit a home run. Eric is accommodating. They offer a good price, in what I consider to be an overpriced market. I highly recommend them to any bride.

Rehearsal Dinner: BBQ

        As always a pleasure working with Eric and his staff. They are all very personable and helpful. And the food is wonderful!! Thanks for everything Eric, we had a great time at our rehearsal dinner:)

Company Picnic: BBQ

        The chef and staff represented this company very well. They not only met our needs but they brought a personal family touch of caring about our event as though it was a million dollar affair. We look forward to working with them on other events in the future.

Military Retirement: BBQ

Just wanted to tell you how much of a great time you and your folks made my retirement party! The food was great – everyone was ranting about the chicken and the BBQ sauce! Thanks for leaving some! I loved the cole slaw. Would recommend you to anyone! Thanks so much.
